Our Employee Owners Advisory Committee members are elected for nomination by the ESOP participants and appointed by the CALIBRE Board of Directors. They are chartered to promote the culture of employee-ownership and to provide information about our ESOP to our employees. A member of this committee sits on CALIBRE’s Board of Directors to provide additional balance and perspective on issues of corporate visibility and the long-term interests of all employee-owners.
