CALIBRE is client focused. Of our six corporate objectives, number one is to Make our Clients Successful. Corporately we focus on ensuring the success of our government and commercial clients. Our employee owners share that focus and bring a commitment to ensuring that we assist our clients in addressing their complex issues each and every day. We provide value through collaborative, trusted and quality partnerships and products that make a difference. Our employee owners remain true to our corporate motto: Our Success Follows Yours!
The CALIBRE WAY
Since our first day of business on March 1, 1989, CALIBRE has remained committed to a single set of First Principles: uncompromising ethics, superior quality of work, and ongoing corporate and individual renewal. As employee-owners, we apply an unwavering focus on client needs and a clear understanding of our potential competitors and partners. Within a continually changing business environment, we maintain the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to make our clients, our company, and our communities successful.
CALIBRE is its people. As employee-owners, we individually and collectively add value every day. The demonstrated quality of the services and products we deliver is evidence of our personal and corporate skills, our work ethic, our integrity, and our commitment to excellence. We inspire our employees to be innovative, entrepreneurial thinkers who embrace technology, and drive change through meaningful work opportunities that enable growth and provide positive work environments fostering long-term employee relationships.
Our dedication to the work that we perform and to the people we serve is evident in the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients.
Our Employee Owners Advisory Committee members are elected for nomination by the ESOP participants and appointed by the CALIBRE Board of Directors. They are chartered to promote the culture of employee-ownership and to provide information about our ESOP to our employees. A member of this committee sits on CALIBRE’s Board of Directors to provide additional balance and perspective on issues of corporate visibility and the long-term interests of all employee-owners.
