CALIBRE starts work on the OSMIS contract, which we still hold today.
1994
CALIBRE establishes the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to become a 100% employee-owned company.
1998
The ESOP purchases majority ownership of CALIBRE.
2004
February: CALIBRE acquires Strategic Management Initiatives, Inc. (SMI), adding nuclear safety management and Army BRAC capabilities.
April: CALIBRE acquires Environmental Technology Services Division of Project Performance Corporation (PPC), adding environmental management expertise.
2007
CALIBRE acquires UNITY Inc. which brings engineering and infrastructure expertise, including Army BUILDERTM Sustainment Management System license.
2008
CALIBRE acquires Maguire/Reeder, Ltd., adding new capabilities in design and professional production of videos, internet, and other digital media presentations.
2015
CALIBRE acquires the Health and Life Sciences and the Defense and Public Sector groups of IMC, adding new healthcare analytics capabilities.
2016
CALIBRE acquires Fusion Technologies, and enters the intelligence community market sectors.
2018
January: CALIBRE begins its 30th year of operations.
November: CALIBRE acquires SPEAR Inc., a cybersecurity, data analytics, technology, tools, and solutions company.
