Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0 - Disposition Integration Web (DIW)

Zantech-CALIBRE Solutions, LLC (ZC Solutions), awarded the DLA Task Order for DIW Program Office Support. The effort supports Disposition Services’ mission to manage excess military property by prioritizing reutilization within the Department of War, then extending availability to federal agencies, qualified organizations, disaster relief, foreign military sales, and public auctions.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP)

CALIBRE has been awarded a logical follow-on contract to continue delivering Human Capital and Training Services in support of the VA TAP, providing comprehensive transition assistance to Service members, Veterans, and their families worldwide.

U.S. Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)

CALIBRE, alongside its Prime, Booz Allen Hamilton, wins the Army’s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) opportunity. MCTP plans and executes exercises at locations worldwide to train leaders and provides commanders the opportunity to train on mission command in large-scale combat operations in a contested, multidomain environment.

National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin Role Players

CALIBRE wins the NTC’s Fort Irwin Role Players contract. This Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E) task order provides personnel for key training events, as required by the Department of the Army. The training events employ various levels of role players and associated leaders to act in a variety of scenarios providing a realistic live training opportunity for Soldiers and leaders to hone their war-fighting skills.

General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Small Business (SB)

Through its JV, InfoCAL, CALIBRE secured a GSA MAS Small Business contract (SB, 8(a), WOSB), widely used by DoD, VA, DHS, HHS, GSA, and other civilian agencies. Awarded SINs (54151S, 541219, 541611, 518210C) include IT Professional Services, Budget and Financial Management, Management and Consulting Services, and Cloud Computing IT Services.

Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD)

CALIBRE was awarded a contract/s for the MDA SHIELD indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Manpower & Reserve Affairs (M&RA) (PRISM IDIQ - Deloitte)

CALIBRE received a two-year task order from Deloitte to continue supporting the OUSD M&RA program. Our support focuses on program management and facilitation of various business elements within the M&RA Reserve Forces Policy Board (RFPB) portfolio.

Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) Support Team

CALIBRE received a 5‑year task order from the Office of Personnel Management to support the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) G8 with AWCF training and analysis. This work will help Army and DoD personnel better understand and apply AWCF principles to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AMC budgeting and execution.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Integrated Healthcare Transformation 2.0 (IHT 2.0)

CALIBRE wins a spot on the 10-year, $14 billion IHT 2.0 MAIDIQ alongside Arrow Arc. This vehicle supports the Veterans Health Administration’s continuing modernization efforts. Functional categories include 1) Health System Transformation & Innovation, 2) Implementation & Operations Support, 3) Healthcare Business Enabling Services, and 4) Health Informatics.

Eli Lilly Safety Reporting Notification System

CALIBRE was awarded a two‑year work order to continue supporting and maintaining Eli Lilly’s Safety Reporting Notification System (SAFR NS), a validated GAMP- and FDA‑compliant platform. Hosted in CALIBRE facilities, SAFR NS securely delivers and archives more than 350,000 regulated documents annually for 15,000 global users. Under this award, CALIBRE will continue providing system enhancements, document management, quality assurance and testing, computer system validation, and responsive help desk support.

U.S. Army National Guard (USARNG) G1 Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Support

Partnered with Prime contractor – Goldbelt Taku – CALIBRE will support the USARNG HRMS program to plan, coordinate, and provides analysis for Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resource Retention (HRR), and Resource Integration Division (HRF) Support Services to ensure required continuous capabilities. Our team will synchronize all aspects of the program, develop and analyze statistical data and capability specifications to ensure quality and reliability expectancy of capability.

Naval Training Products and Services Multiple Award Contract (NETPDC)

CALIBRE, alongside its Prime, Chitra, selected as an awardee to provide training products and services to the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). Work includes Curriculum Development & Maintenance, Curriculum Planning and Analysis, Content Re-engineering, and Program Management and Staff Support.

U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I) Domain 1

CALIBRE, alongside its Prime, SAIC will support the USASMDC/ARSTRAT as one of eight indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity prime contractor awardees chosen for the D3I Domain 1 contract award. This contract is aimed at developing and integrating advanced technologies for space and missile defense.

U.S. Army Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC)

Along with their Prime, HII Mission Technologies, CALIBRE snags a spot on the Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers Multiple Award Contract with a $378.7 million ceiling value. This contract will provide continuous technology refreshments, studies, modernization and developmental efforts for combat training centers, live fire ranges, and systems. 

Military OneSource

Through its JV, ZC Solutions, CALIBRE wins Military OneSource opportunity with its Prime, Cognosante. This contract supports the Military OneSource program for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program. Military OneSource provides members of the Armed Forces and their families with a broad array of information and referrals to both military and civilian resources as well as counseling services.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Finance Accounting and Financial Management Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

With its Prime, Trilogy Federal, CALIBRE is selected as an awardee on the $150 million HHS Office of Finance Accounting and Financial Management Services BPA. This contract will support a broad range of financial policy and reporting services required by the Office of Finance to support effective operations of HHS and its CFO Communities.

AI Talent 2.0 Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA)

CALIBRE wins a spot on the AI Talent 2.0 BOA in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This contract will provide industry-leading, AI-related, non-traditional program and technical management support services and work products to DoD programs, cyber community, and customers.

Bridge to Evolutionary Special Test Equipment Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems TESS (BEST) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)

CALIBRE wins a spot on the BEST MAC with Prime, V2X. This MAC will enable Project Manager Soldier Training and other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations to perform tasks such as trade studies, analysis and forecasting, data collection, design, development, impact assessment, information assurance, procurement, integration, installation, testing, system training, documentation, logistics support, and disposal. 

VMware / Broadcom Professional Services (Recompete)

CALIBRE has expanded its relationship with Broadcom Government Solutions to provide expert-level VMware Cloud Foundation engineering support across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), federal civilian agencies, and defense industry partners. Through this enhanced partnership, CALIBRE strengthens mission operations by modernizing, scaling, and securing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across classified, tactical, enterprise, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
