Scope of Services

Continuous Process Improvement deployment, growth, and sustainment. CALIBRE leverages proven industry knowledge, experience, and innovative approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies across the full spectrum of the DLA business mission areas utilizing DLA’s CPI framework as established by HQ CPI PMO. CALIBRE also applies a wide range of methodologies such as strategic planning, performance management, analytics, and data mining, LSS, ToC, as well as modeling and simulation, development of measures and metrics, and application of industry best practices, as necessary.
