CALIBRE Awarded National Guard Bureau J8 (NGB J8) Force Structure, Resources, and Assessment Support Services Contract

Alexandria, Virginia, October 26, 2019 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has been awarded a task order for National Guard Bureau (NGB) J8 Force Structure, Resources, and Assessment Support Services, under the Office of Personnel and Management (OPM) and General Services Administration (GSA) Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) vehicle. HCaTS, a government-wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract is a Best-in-Class (BIC) vehicle which provides customized human capital and training solutions to meet the needs of the Federal workforce.

CALIBRE will assist with capabilities development processes, including the validation of new NG joint capabilities in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process and the coordinated implementation and reporting of new validated joint capabilities. We will perform Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA), Joint Experimentation (JE), war gaming, concept development, proof of concept/prototyping, and innovation services. CALIBRE will also support the NGB validation of joint programs to compete effectively in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for resources, and ensure all funds are expended in a fiscally responsible manner through the National Guard’s Fiscal Stewardship Comprehensive Plan (FSCP).
