CALIBRE Celebrates 25 Years of Success

Alexandria, Virginia, March 4, 2014 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE), a management consulting and technology services company, celebrated its 25th year of business on March 1, 2014. Since the company's founding, CALIBRE has evolved into a preferred and trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers in the public and private sectors.
On March 1, 1989, CALIBRE began with four contracts and 44 employees. In 1994, the company established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) ownership structure, and today the company is 100% owned by employees and senior leadership. Since its founding, CALIBRE has achieved sustained profitable growth, including in its most recent fiscal year ending February 28, 2014, with over $155 million in revenue and almost $200 million in booked sales, and a staff of over 750 employees located at its corporate headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia and locations across the U.S. and in four foreign countries.
