CALIBRE Partners with Wittenberg Weiner Consulting (WWC) in Mentor-Protégé Agreement

PRESS RELEASE / March 07, 2017

Alexandria, Virginia, March 7, 2016 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) announced that it has entered into a formal mentor-protégé agreement with Wittenberg Weiner Consulting (WWC), an 8(a) and Women-Owned Small Business with experience in the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and USAID.

“As WWC navigates the path from small to large business, we look forward to partnering with CALIBRE – a firm that has distinctively and successfully navigated this growth trajectory in the government sector.  Together, we see many opportunities to learn as we partner to deliver high-quality services to our clients,” Dr. Lauren G. Weiner, CEO of WWC, said in a statement.

CALIBRE will mentor WWC in its business development endeavors, and will work to pursue joint opportunities in the field of business analytics, strategy, financial management, and audit readiness.

“Our Mentor-Protégé relationship with WWC is a win-win proposition.  We believe in building and maintaining strong relationships with our small business industry partners.  As we are able to assist them in navigating through the complexities of the government services industry, they in turn will assist us in helping make our clients successful,” said Joe Martore, CALIBRE’s President & CEO.

The mentor-protégé agreement was formalized under the U.S. Small Business Administration.
