As Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Peitler leads the planning for and execution of sales and delivery business functions, the management of all operations personnel within CALIBRE’s four operations Divisions, the Information Technology organization, and the support of business development personnel. In this role, Mr. Peitler sustains, and leads corporate operations, growth, plans, and procedures. He is accountable for the Operations vision, promoting and enabling continued excellence.
Since joining CALIBRE in July 2004, Mr. Peitler has held a number of different technical and leadership positions, in support of Operations and Corporate Staff organizations. Previously Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Peitler was responsible for the strategy, delivery and operations of Information Technology Solutions in support of clients and to the internal business.
Mr. Peitler championed several strategic initiatives, including ISO 20000-1:2011, and supported the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) audit program. Mr. Peitler has helped develop and implement strategies to continue CALIBRE’s growth while maintaining our corporate culture and values.
Through his service on CALIBRE’s Employee Ownership Advisory Committee (EOAC), and position on the Board of Directors, Mr. Peitler represents the interests of CALIBRE’s employee-owners to the Board of Directors, and strives to share the benefits of employee-ownership with CALIBRE employee-owners and external organizations alike.
Mr. Peitler received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shenandoah University.
