Gregg J. Wright
Vice President, Federal / Civil Accounts
As Vice President of Federal / Civil Accounts, Gregg Wright works with CALIBRE leaders identifying, understanding, and developing a holistic view of potential client needs and relating them to all CALIBRE service offerings and solutions. He is responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision support necessary to ensure the corporate sales pipeline is adequately captured, worked, and maintained. Through solution design and capture management, Mr. Wright contributes to client and business development.
Mr. Wright joined CALIBRE in 2015 as part of its acquisition of Information Management Consultants, Inc. (IMC), where he was Senior Vice President, focusing on client and business development and emphasizing reusable solutions. He has over 30 years of experience as a consultant, manager, and executive delivering business performance consulting, technology, and process management services for Federal, state and local, military, and commercial clients.
Mr. Wright began his career as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he sold, delivered, and managed consulting engagements in strategy and planning, organizational performance measurement, process renovation, and technology requirements analysis.
Mr. Wright was recruited by Electronic Data Systems (EDS) to lead a new Federal sector management consulting services organization. There he sold and led large consulting engagements, growing the organization to 180 consultants. He was promoted to VP Business Strategy and Marketing for the Federal unit and then to VP, Client Executive.
Mr. Wright received his Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from Shimer College and his Master of Arts degree in social services administration from the University of Chicago.
