Philip M. Rizzi
Vice President, Human Capital Management & Training
As Vice President of CALIBRE’s Human Capital Management & Training Division (HCT), Mr. Philip Rizzi is responsible for business development and delivery of CALIBRE’s professional services related to human resources and human capital support programs, curriculum design and development, field training, live, virtual and constructive training programs, transition support, resource planning and analytics, senior leader development and education, force management, and policy and strategy.
Mr. Rizzi joined CALIBRE in January 2014 with over 25 years of experience consulting to federal, state, and local governments and not-for-profit organizations on strategic planning formulation and implementation, policy and data analysis, program management and evaluation, human capital strategy development and organizational transformation. Prior to joining CALIBRE, Mr. Rizzi served as Vice President at SRA International where he led SRA’s business area focused on Environment, Energy, and Organizational Performance.
Mr. Rizzi received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brown University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Nature Generation, a national environmental nonprofit and is a former Chair of Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment.
