Gretchen Larsen Idsinga
Vice President, Training, Infrastructure, & Environment
As the Vice President responsible for CALIBRE’s Training, Infrastructure, & Environment Division Ms. Gretchen Idsinga leads business development, sales, and management of the Division’s Profit & Loss (P&L). She will oversee business development and product delivery for TIE opportunities, including those related to modeling, simulations, and training; facilities management; federal property cleanup and disposal; operational environmental and land management; range and training area sustainment; and strategic logistics.
Ms. Idsinga joined CALIBRE in June 2017 following a successful career as Executive Vice President and Director, Professional Services at Michael Baker International, where she drove rapid growth by implementing best practices and accountability across her division. She implemented the company’s first-ever three-year plan, recouped millions in revenue by providing an accurate baseline of operations, and oversaw $186 million in P&L.
Ms. Idsinga received her Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts and a Master of Science from Air Command & Staff College, Alabama.
