From the East (Alexandria, Andrews AFB, MD):
Take the Capital Beltway, Inner Loop, I-495 West/I-95 South (towards) Richmond. Once in Virginia, at approximately 3-4 miles, exit the Beltway at Exit 173, Van Dorn Street. Turn right onto South Van Dorn St. at the end of the exit ramp. Turn right onto Franconia Rd. Turn left on Beulah St. Turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the West (Tyson's Corner, I-270 Corridor):
Take the Capital Beltway, Outer Loop, I-495 East/I-95 North to Exit 173, Van Dorn Street. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto South Van Dorn St. Turn right onto Franconia Rd. Turn left on Beulah St. Turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the North (Pentagon, District of Columbia): Take I-395 South to Exit 1C, the Capital Beltway Outer Loop, I-495E/I-95N, towards Baltimore. Once on the Beltway, take Exit 173, Van Dorn Street (the next exit). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto South Van Dorn St. Turn right onto Franconia Rd. Turn left on Beulah St. Turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the South (Fredericksburg, Stafford, Dale City):
Non-HOV: Take I-95 North. Then take Exit 169A and proceed straight onto Spring Mall Drive. Continue to the 2nd traffic light, Frontier Drive. Turn right onto Frontier Dr. Go under the over pass to the 2nd light. Turn left and proceed up the ramp (just before you get to the Metro station). Merge onto the Franconia-Springfield Parkway heading east. At the next traffic light, Beulah Street, turn left. Turn left turn onto Walker Lane.

HOV: If you use the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes, take I-95 North and exit at the Franconia Springfield Parkway. At the end of the ramp, turn right to go east on the Parkway. Turn left onto Beulah St. and then turn left onto Walker Lane.

Alternative Route from the South (Fredericksburg, Stafford, Dale City):
Non-HOV: Take I-95N. Once past Exit 166, Newington/Fairfax County Parkway East (7100,) move into the far left lane. Proceed onto the new I-95N Bridge, towards Baltimore, to the Beltway Outer Loop, I-495E/I-95N. Take Exit 173, Van Dorn Street (the next exit). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto South Van Dorn St. Turn right onto Franconia Rd. Turn left on Beulah St. Turn right onto Walker Lane.

Parking

CALIBRE employee parking is located to the right and back of 6354 Walker Lane. Short-term visitor parking (less than three hours) and parking for visitors with disabilities is located directly in front of the building. Long-term visitor parking (more than three hours) should be arranged through your CALIBRE point of contact.

Metro/VRE & Shuttle

For Metro, take the blue line to the Franconia-Springfield station (last stop on blue line). For VRE, take the Fredericksburg line to the Franconia/Springfield stop.

There is a shuttle service that runs between the Kiss and Ride area of the Metro station and the bus shelter in front of 6354 Walker Lane. There is no fee for Metro Park riders taking this direct loop. The shuttle service is operated by WMATA through the Transportation Association of Greater Springfield (TAGS). The TAGS shuttles run approximately from 6:15 AM to 7:00 PM each weekday, with approximately 15 minute intervals during rush hour periods, and 20 minute intervals the rest of the day. Look for the metallic sea green shuttles with the "TAGS" logo on the side or Metro Bus S-80.

Entering the Building

The main entrance is located in the front of the building. Proceed through the lobby. The elevators are straight ahead on the left. Visitors should report to Suite 500 on the 5th floor. If you are a visitor with a disability and need accommodation, please feel free to let us know.
